She didn't ask what sides I wanted to complete my order instead she said it's going to be 14 minutes. I said I will wait, did you not want me to order or go somewhere else? She didn't say anything so I left said its okay I'll just go else where and left. Poor customer service, trying to encourage customers to leave due to the wait times. I went across the street to bojangles and they were kind and was able to have my meal ready at the window in less than 10 minutes. This location will continue to lose customers with this type of customer service issues.November 15, 2016
