  Food is always hot and delicious. Staff is friendly, polite, and attentive. They make sure that food is prepared promptly, apologize and explain any delays, and make sure that the dining area is kept clean even at peak times.

  Tonight my husband waited over 15 minutes for our food in the drive-thru. NO ONE WAS IN FRONT OF HIM!!! When asked what took so long, he was told they had to cook grilled chicken for the wraps. He asked the person at the window how long does it take to cook the grilled chicken and they gave him this smirk and replied "only 4 minutes". The gentleman who cleans the dining room was nearby and just shook his head. They never apologized for the wait. No manners! Not only did they take forever, they got the order wrong! One of the wraps was to be "LIGHT" on the honey mustard. We go so frequently that they should know our routine order by now. Morning/Afternoon crew is AWESOME! But the night shift SUCKS! Wrap was soaked in sauce. Tomatoes were soggy! Tasted like they had over salted the meat (never had chicken taste that salty before). We ordered dirty rice and of course it was COLD! Fries were ok but not best. The ticket did not indicate light on the honey mustard, but this is a request that is ALWAYS made and it was repeated back, so we know they understood what was said over the speaker. Think our night visits will be cut to zero! This is not the first time we have had bad service at night. Definitely is a difference in day and night service at this location. Morning drive-thru is so fast, it is amazing! Late afternoon to close, again SUCKS. This is our last night visit!
