Staff has recently been completely changed resulting in a large drop of service and quality. Tonight I ordered milk for my son and since they were out of milk, he was served "milk shake starter". This was apparently suggested by the manager as an appropriate replacement for whole milk. Seriously?

This place used to be one of my favorites but I think I'm going to take it out of the rotation.
